Another week went by without a reply, so I had my agent notify the seller's agent that the tenants were non-responsive and needed to be out before we closed.A week passes, I got the clear to close, and then I received a slew of text messages and missed calls from the tenants.

I have even responded and had another bulk message come back on the same number later.

Calling him a "slum lord" makes me feel it is your attitude that is the obstacle and he's getting that vibe.I wanted to address the last part of your message first!

Then we received a message a few days ago from our property management company notifying us of sink holes large enough for a person to fall into that showed up in the yard after the last rain.
