@Doug Yearout, there is no typical scenario... the level of knowledge you bring to the table along with your stable of subs, has a lot to do with ascertaining your value... of course, delivering is essential.Supply and demand play a part too... are their investors in your market screaming for good project managers/contractors?

I did find out that because their daughter moved out that they just don't need that much space, and for just the two of them they don't want a yard anymore, as the dog was the daughters, and the daughter had the entire unfinished basement filled to the ceiling with storage that she had been paying a lot to store in self-storage.
