Off the top of my head it needs:-Kitchen -Appliances-Flooring on all of first floor-Paint-TLC in bathroom-New carpets on second floor-Light plumbing-New windows in basementI will hopefully have it inspected by the end of the weekend.

I am reaching the point where I've read so many books and listened to so many pod-casts, that my anxieties to get started (knowing I can't) are getting the best my emotions.

Not knowing this important step is breeding anxiety.

They can also build a casino, add more speed and red light cameras, impose a city-wide income tax, etc. 

Incidentally, I had lunch with Gordon Moss yesterday (author of book on note investing, 'Performance Anxiety'). 

It's like comparing a modern 13 watt light bulb against the 100 watt light bulbs from ten years ago.  

i am buying a property with an asbestos roof, not sure how old but theres some damage, trying to understand my options, if anyone that has experince in this can shed some light that will be great, Thanks
