Once we started getting our first set of calls we had no software to track and follow those leads and it made it difficult.

I live in Australia and sometimes I may only have just a few leads to send a letter to. 

The website will educate while the autoresponder will capture leads all on autopilot. 

Pretty much all of my leads have come from Craigslist which surprised me.

Holding leads to wealth, in my simple opinion.

The criteria I am looking for are as follows:-Licensed, and Insured in Florida-Has at least a project manager, and a foreman underneath him/her so that the actual G.C. themselves is only focused on growing their business-Is willing to do a larger volume of projects with "discounts" on their profit end of each project me we do in exchange for more projects-Understands that nothing will be paid for until the project is done.I haven't gotten much in the way of leads at the local REIA's as of now, and I need someone.  

However, we have one property under contract from the mailings and a pretty hot lead called us yesterday.

They are, lead paint removal, and replacing the 3 furnace units as they are original and are on their last life.

They both have backdoors leading to a backyard but the male has his unit mostly facing the front yard and female has her unit mainly facing the backyard.

When leads cost 10 cents and my time is worth $100/hr that means I have less than 1 second to correct the lead or it's not worth my time.
