Since we both are college students just starting out we should try to stay connected and share what we have learned so we may both better our REI careers.

I was wondering if any agents out there would like to share any tips or best practices that help out with day to day operations (such as CRM software, fax or call services, listing management tools, how to start lead generation).

If you guys could give me your opinions as well as maybe share where you were financially on your first flip and how you went about your first flip (success stories).

There are plenty of Realtors, investors, sometimes both, on BP with plenty of knowledge they can share. 

Or, perhaps you want to partner with someone, where they buy non-performing notes with your money, they do the leg work to get the note performing, or other exit strategies, and you share the profits.  

Please share information about potential sellers, property management companies, lawyers, government officials & etc.
