Solutions?

I've been searching, and finding a lot of demand on the site, but so far no solutions.

It means it's easy for people to label something as all bad, or all good based on our knowledge, fear, perception etc.

@Sergio Aguinaga, One solution for the Seller liability risk I mentioned is requiring the Seller to maintain a personal liability policy equal to $2-$3 million. 

I have no real solution for the risk except maybe have some sort of monthly inspection on his work progressc) Not sure if he can get insurance with me as the named beneficiaryWhat else am I missing?

However, I also see companies advertising a more "all-in-one solution", in which that single company provides all of the services and investor would need to take a distressed property into a fully-rehabbed, rented, professionally manged investment.I'm wondering what experiences you have had with these all-in-one companies?
