I commonly see 6 & 7% as a listing agreement price.Splits are not always going to be 50% to the co-broke.

So, the typical closing costs IN FL would be around $600 to the title co (costs went up with the new TRID form), recording fees (roughly .70 per $100 for the purchase amount, .35 per hundred recording fees for the mortgage, and maybe another $200 or less for misc fees.
