The house would be in my name and i would be living on the property, technically, getting my mail delivered there.

In both instances, I was an out of state buyer and settlement was done by mail.  

I myself am familiar with SolveCRM - they have tight integration with Google Apps so its easy to do merged docs for mail-outs or run reports in Google Sheets with the info in the CRM.
