I myself am familiar with SolveCRM - they have tight integration with Google Apps so its easy to do merged docs for mail-outs or run reports in Google Sheets with the info in the CRM.

Because if they do show up, at least even odds they will ask for an adjournment...Wait until time for appeal has expired.If the tenant didn't want to be "inconvenienced" by showing up, they may just ask for their adjournment via mail or phone, a week after my judgement.Turn judgment which includes court fees over to a collections attorney/agency on a contingency basis.

Thus insert my idea to direct mail to multi-family’s that could potentially work well; the catch is, I wouldn’t have the cash offer, so often seen on direct mailings, and that’s seemingly the most attractive selling point.
