These videos are actually one of the things that got me started on my REI journey, but I would not recommend joining the program.  

My goal of joining and posting on bigger pockets would be to meet and discuss investment strategies with other Denver real estate investors. 

Hi everyone, I just joined BP a few weeks ago and have been reading up on as much as possible!

My mid-term goal (3-6 months from now) is to form or join a partnership with equity partners who aren't interested or able to be involved in the day-to-day and I can provide sweat equity in the form of making sure the process happens on time/budget/standard.

I have joined BP to learn more about all aspects of real estate investing.

Two questions:Do we join with a realtor who also invests or is this potential for conflict of interest? 

I joined because I am looking to diversify into real estate and am searching for properties to buy and rent out.

I would also suggest joining a REIA and attending those monthly meetings as well.

What are some things that you would suggest I look out for as an agent joining/partnering on a team?
