After flying to Memphis from NYC to work with REI (Formerly Memphis Invest).

After securing the deal, the buyer made my wife and I go through three-feet deep of snow to "winterize" the house so there wouldn't be any plumbing issues.It was a 2 hour drive there, and a 2 hour drive back.So much time and effort put into it for only $4k...

I was just wondering if anybody else who invests in the Binghamton area, local or not, was in need of a handyman and or maintenance man.

Hi,, The house at the end of my street is abandoned, in chapter 13, condemned and the owners were hoarders.  

One of the developers I work close with is getting ready to build 4 spec houses.
