I am interested in the internet/motion activation but knowing myself, I'd be 'over checking' it to the point of distraction/going overboard.  

Aside from a few books and internet I spent zero.

I will likely not invent something as wonderful as a toaster or the internet. 

Also, as a fall back, the company I work for has the ability to host a pretty big group.

We researched on the internet, checked out a couple of realtors, and picked one that was into investment properties.

I would look for internet resistant tenants like restaurants or services

Assuming you weren't working with some jokers like the mortgage division of a credit union, big bank, or internet lender, and assuming that the actual issue wasn't DTI with the new payment, that actually should have been perfectly fine.
