Surveillance on a Flip

Not exactly sure the best forum to go with this, but I’ll start here. Currently working on a flip and had to fire a few workers from the job. Since then a few suspicious things have gone on around the house, nothing major but enough for me to install surveillance cameras. I have never had surveillance before but I’m thinking it’s time to go down that route. Just wondering what are some simple, reliable systems that I can use. Would like to have something I can monitor from my phone, but I don’t have WIFI at the house so I’m assuming that’s out. Also, want something that can be easily taken down and moved from one project to another after completion. Thanks in advance.
