We’ve run the numbers and even talk to zoning and it all is falling into place and makes sense.My sister is a interior designer and she is laying it out for us.

I replaced the roof, siding, plumbing, heating, electric and updated all interiors including kitchens and bathrooms.

On #3 I ran the numbers assuming full rehab of inside (I wasn't able to do an inspection of the interior).

I don't have a full inspection done yet so I am not 100% sure on the scope of work but definitely interior paint, carpets, blinds, and one of the floors in one of the rooms has a slant to it so that has the potential be either an easier fix or to turn into something more involved.

My company's construction team spent a few months completely renovating the entire interior of this home, completely remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms, updated the electrical panel and rewired the entire home to bring it to current code as well as a new AC and furnace.What was the outcome?

For rehabs, do flippers typically use hollow core doors or solid core doors?
