Thanks too for your input I love the interaction I am receiving on BP, its giving me like minded people, and accountability I have not had in my short RE life.

It's a great place to learn and interact with others with similar interests.

Tenants are going to be wary of their interactions with a property manager, because that’s the person they’ll be dealing with.

Just think of who interacts with you in your local 10 mile radius. 

@Sam Yin All the deals I proforma'd in the IE didnt yield 20% CoC, is there some extraordinary deals that you found with a huge upside that I am missing? 

Wait wait wait.It depends on the business.If you own 20 proprieties and you are just managing your companies all inclusive... you don't deal with tenants or clients and it is all internal, sure use your home address.BUT, if there is any marketing involved, and interacting with strangers,.... of course don't use your home address.People are messed up, I mean look at me.

When you ask him to do something he will respond to you the way he interacts on social media.Carpenters also have slow periods without work, and need to have a selling. on time, friendly personality to keep the clients coming. 

We started interacting around Oct 6 - we have some paper deals come our way - out of which 80% were worthless.
