The books are not reference manuals on section 8 regulations, they are about building a business based on section 8 rentals and will give you much insight into what you should expect and how they handle various issues.  

It will get you on the right track and they offer more insight than what you can read on the forums.  

There are some very good insights and it has been tremendously valuable to hear from seasoned investors.

It would be greatly appreciated if you guys/gals could give me some insight into the most independent, yet successful route that I should take when entering into the role of being a real estate listing agent/property manager.

Maybe they will have a little insight into my situation.
