Net income is the income before we pay debt service (a mortgage) and taxes.The hard part in real estate is finding "like investments" as no two parcels of real estate are identical or very similar as we can find in stocks or bonds.

Results show reported income (you should verify though using paystubs or what you prefer), credit score, all revolving accounts and statuses, fraud history, if any, criminal background, eviction history and TU gives a recommendation of either accept or decline.

We saw a huge appreciation potential on it (we almost bought 2) - this was validated shortly after the neighborhood was completed, as one property in the neighborhood identical to ours sold for 15% above new build price already - and that was before the market here went insane.
