3) Contacted Post Office- no luck4) Money Order showed up (tagged with USPS "return to sender" tracking stamp) and whole month late- Tenant has paid all late/ administrative fees for everything. 5) Deposited money order6) Came back returned because a "Stop Payment" was issued. $10.00 fee assessed to us. 7) I just contacted the tenant about the issue, telling them to call MoneyGram.My question: What do I do next?

My business partner and I have gotten it for a good price, but with that sort of price tag my partner and I are having a hard time with it.

Value and price aren't always the same but it can be hard to see what's actually valuable to the sellers.Time is often something valuable that some people have a hard time putting a price tag on.

I'm new and I'd like to maybe shadow you while you look at investment properties.'  9 times our of 10 when I mention to one of my investors that a newbie wants to tag along and see properties they'd be happy to let them come.

The property is in a high-traffic area, so several city inspectors came by and tagged us.
