I explain that I'll use LOIs and I won't have him/her to write up anything until after I have an accepted LOI, and I won't schedule any visits for properties that I don't already have under contract.We need to realize that a Realtor's time is his/her most valuable asset, and a little consideration goes a long way.

Since I'm not here to ruin anybody's business, I will keep the names and addresses concealed.I recently announced going to Birmingham, AL for another properties expedition (Formal announcement to come soon...) and I called all wholesaler who have properties in Birmingham to send me their list for consideration.

My only answer I had was I would only try for 30 days,no long term contract like a realtor, and if I did not find a buyer, they kept the $10 consideration and we all walked away with no fees or costs to them.
