We have already replaced the carpet in the whole house with high end carpet and padding, replaced some appliances, had a brand new AC and heating pump installed, fresh paint on the whole interior, and redone the kitchen and bathroom cabinets.We would like to keep our monthly payment the same as our mortgage, so rather than sending the $2600 to the bank every month, we would send that money to you.

I've owned this home for about 4 years and have done major renovations to the whole home from adding square footage, adding central heat and air conditioning, new roof, new flooring throughout the whole home, total renovation on kitchen with all new appliances and totally renovated both bathrooms with new tile surrounds and tubs etc., new paint in whole home its just about a new home.

I've been using a couple different calculators including one put out by Robuilt, and one I saw listed here on Bigger Pockets several times from someone named John I believe.A few of the big remodel costs include having to replace a garage roof, which I got quotes around 5K, upgrading to furnace/central air from baseboard heat quoted at 12-14K, new windows and patio door quoted at 10K (so you can enjoy an unclouded view of the lake), new flooring $4500, adding dishwasher to kitchen $2000, optional adding bedroom to basement and finishing lower bathroom 10K.
