Heat is all traditional column hot water radiators fed from a single boiler.

You could they buy a higher efficiency one since you will be paying the heating bill on it unlike a no.

No issues since then.We have them checked every every year before heating season for safety.Cheers!

I have forced hot water for heat and the high efficiency boiler in my basement (fairly new) has been failing and needs to be fixed before the coming heating season.I also have concrete pillars that I need to repair or replace in front of my house before the ground freezes ( a car took them out, and I'd like that protection again since my house seems to have a bullseye on it....need some kind of fencing/barrier system ASAP.THanks in advance for suggestions!

There appears to be either 5 or 6 220v breakers. (2 labeled main range, one dryer, others not labeled) currently has 3 ranges, one dryer, no a/c, gas heat and water so I would assume the 5th 220v is a plug somewhere else in the basement, that’s where the old kitchen would have been.  

pays all the utilities, heat, hot water and electric for the 3rd floor one BR apt. 

Does adding a split system to a triplex that was window units and floor board heating increase the ARV in the BRRR strategy ????

The small MF market is highly heated right now because we have such low inventory as it is.

Sometimes the mechanicals (plumbing, electrical, heat/A/C) from the floor above make the ceiling height difficult.
