What will it cost to fix all health and safety code violations and make it look gorgeous to an A type property?

I think we'll keep the desk area as is because we are planning on adding a door on the perpendicular wall out to the patio as we're seriously considering adding a saltwater hot tub.

We did paint, kitchen, bathrooms, we made a shower in the master and put a tub in the secondary bathroom. new cabinets new vinyl downstairs and carpet upstairs. framed the windows in casing and crown molding.

But if you're worried about a guest lying and saying the fridge or hot tub doesn't work and they should get to leave and get a refund, they could already do that.

@Sarah Moncivaiz septic systems in my area take 5-6 weeks with engineering, county health department, and permits.

in 2021  did not use the car to the rental property due to health reasons   We always showed milage usage in all  past returns.
