Need new septic system, but there are tenants

I just found out that we are going to need to replace our entire septic system, including drain field because the county will not allow us to fix gravity systems at all. I'm told that this could take 3-6 months in total. Our tenants are in a lease until the end of July. What are my options in getting them out of the house? What do the laws say when there is an extenuating emergency such as this?

I would tell them the septic could fail at any moment. If it does, they will not have functioning plumbing for the remainder of their lease (no sinks, no toilets, no showers). Therefore, they need to get out ASAP before it fails. Get them moved and then you can replace the septic and still have the summer to find new renters.

P.S. Someone is pulling your leg. Installation of septic should take 1-2 weeks.
