I think its all cash, at least thats what i would expect just because they need to get rid of it n clear their books but i can be wrong??

The fact they are complaining online might be an indication the property manager dealt with them properly so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.I hope this basic guide helps.

., tomorrow to get book on all codes but I think you misunderstood...the basement area is a dirt floor but not considered livable space...the other 2 floors (kitchen area, living area & 3rd floor 2 bedrooms & bath, and 4th floor which is a storage/attic and also considered not livable space.
