But even out in the suburbs, away from the city center, I'm still having a hard time finding good deals.

So much for the good news about returning to profitability and loosening underwriting requirements this year.

I wouldn't touch the <100k properties...if you're looking to build long-term wealth.There's a good chance they will burn you.

I have some good data to show you that backs that up. 

Anyone in the Chicago area that would be able to help point me in a good direction on how to get these properties to section 8 or find section 8 tenants?
