I've been investing in Aurora and focusing on Naperville/Aurora border and along Eola Rd, found good tenants and would like to expand my portfolio to multi family property and in downtown Aurora so would like to see how is your experience ?

Which I found interesting because I purchased the home for almost $15k less than what the county tax assessor has is appraised at and it's in an up and coming area.When I asked to see the formal appraisal and inspection reports that  is  when communication got scarce.

I would take the credit, close it and then file a formal complaint against AmeriSave with the CFPB.  

Sometimes focusing on one area in the beginning can help you grow, to learn to manage across borders. 

So I have to take this step to formally pursue the rent due, and then if she doesn't comply, I'll go to court and win a judgment against her.
