Hi everyone,Can you anyone recommend a good local bank/credit union, a real estate agent and a CPA who focuses in real estate investing (particularly hold investing) in Lincoln/Omaha area? 

Decide how much money you have access to, & the zip codes, city or state you want to focus on.

If you are good with people, focus on getting into a restaurant, possibly work for a local pizza delivery and stow away AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE (Go read Set for Life).

What are you thinking about focusing on?

But I really focus on my CoC return as this is what gives me that financial freedom.

That's a play there, but land is so expensive now that unless you buy it years in advance, your upside potential is going to be limited.You might have some luck with manufactured park development as there's a growing need for that product, yet it's not sexy and so no one focuses on it.

We will be focusing on property rehab and buy to rent.Funnily enough, it was a review search on a get-rich property seminar (that had a few scammy elements) that made me stumble across BP.

My younger sibling is still in high school and I want her to focus on that so that she can go to college.As for lifestyle indepence.

I plan on focusing on notes, performing at first, and then working my way to non-performing.
