I just feel like going deep into rabbit holes like this aren't worth my time and effort tbh.

The "intent" of the law is to protect the innocent from criminals yet we've made the legal system so complicated that criminals are protected more than the innocent.If someone is caught smashing a car with a baseball bat, police can quickly determine they are not the owner and arrest them for the crime.

I feel like every STR I own came with opposition.

Anyone that feels like they may be able to provide some advice/guidance, I would love to chat!  

I do not think I had to personally guarantee the loan but I have been making every payment to the bank from my personal account for almost 2 years now so there would be no change in the mortgage payments being made.

I've done tons of reading and watching videos on Youtube that give very in depth information so I do feel comfortable tackling this deal, but would love some advice as I go through the steps or just someone to come back to for next steps mentorship. 

I feel like all the calculations ( ex 4 square method analysis) and cash flow are going to be not reflective of out current situation since we will be living in one unit and renting the other two units.

The ones I found till now seemed like made up numbers to make it look good.  

Anywhere else in the country that you feel is the next high end city on the brink of development?!?!?!?
