@Sandy Sawyer,  others here with more expertise may chime in, but in general, you can invest in Real Estate with a self-directed IRA or Roth IRA, but there are lots of rules and restrictions.  

Josh Dorkin & Brandon Turner offer a highly informative and entertaining podcast each week, speaking with investors of various levels of experience and different areas of expertise.

There are professionals on BP who interact as investors, answer questions, post blogs, illustrate their expertise, add value, and members gravitate to them.  

Hello fellow Note Investors - Looking for a JV partner whose expertise is in NPN seconds and willing to guide as we work through a small pool that they have/can acquire through their network of institutional sellers.
