You got to the right place to grow your investing business. 

I have been doing a lot of reading on where to start and decided that I am going to start small in wholesaling and grow from there.  

Would I propose a  6-8% return on their investment within a year and/or 20% of the price that the home sells for if it is ever sold.

(aprox $1400) So, we decided that now is a better time than ever for us to own and invest.

How long have you been a broker for, I've got friends and family out there, maybe I can send them your way if they ever need help finding a property!!

And, 3.75% interest is way cheaper money than I could ever get as an investor.So, I pitched him on seller financing subject to current financing.

I tried to bring my business over to Investors bank and when I called and spoke to one of their business bankers and explained that I am a landlord with over 10 units and looking to grow, the rep was not interested at all in helping and was very abrupt.They are not the bank for real estate investors.

Saving has worked for me up to this point and I don't think I'll ever pull back, but in order to get started investing now (or at age 24), I will need to implement a strategy very soon.
