I tried to bring my business over to Investors bank and when I called and spoke to one of their business bankers and explained that I am a landlord with over 10 units and looking to grow, the rep was not interested at all in helping and was very abrupt.They are not the bank for real estate investors.

Saving has worked for me up to this point and I don't think I'll ever pull back, but in order to get started investing now (or at age 24), I will need to implement a strategy very soon.
