@Alleia James I definitely didn't expect this crisis to turn into what has occurred over the past few weeks.

I keep a lot of the documents for my rentals on there and the documents are available on any computer/mobile device I sign in on (which is nice in the event I'm away from the house and need to look something up). 

With being a new investor I would love to hear some of the different strategies that people are taking if a downturn does occur.
