Hello All, I have been off this board for a while, i been out of investing for a little over 2 years for various reasons (career changes, and divorce) and i feel like i am in a good place financially to invest again, so i wanted to get some opinions.4 years ago i got out of the Military and became a Realtor, i worked as a Realtor for a while, but i never really made decent money and worked my butt off, i barely managed 25k/yr, so i decided to make a change to my life and went back to school and now i am a Registered Nurse after going through a fast track education program.

That just simply isn't enough in my opinion.

You'll find diverse opinion about buying with Tenants in place?

I I live in Oklahoma City and have been on the hunt for a hundred unit apartment building for the last 2 years but the market has been so over inflated from out-of-state investors it does not make sense to buy anything here in my humble opinion.

But I’d like to get more opinions and hear others strategies.  

I have a bit of a background in finance, but I'm still in the process of spending some time educating myself on the foundations of having success in real estate investing.

Since then I have really focused on educating myself as much as possible on the subject.

I’m a student of elite legacy education and I took the lease options training.

I'm open to any suggestions on educational sources, and where to network with like minded people to help me get started.Thanks in advance for any help/advice!
