Try to find a good company with lots of training and a mentoring type of program for new agents.

I have my requirements spelled out like 3x rental income, minimum credit score of 620 and no evictions... but would appreciate any tips on apps or programs or anything you use that works well. 

Greetings BP community, does anyone have experience using an analysis software program with partnership options?  

BP offers great feedback on finding mentors and reviews on pretty much every program out there. 

But Bank of America has the most business friendly program.  

For at least another few months the rental registration program is shut down.

If you are just planning on using your license for your own properties to flip/fix, and the broker has a sound training program, that may be the right fit for you !

Once you have the program nailed down based on your purchasing goals and your credit / income / down payment profile, then go shopping.In my area, inventory is lacking, so homes are being competed for by many buyers.
