Putting a system in place to screen tenants right from ur website

Hello BP community. I will be a first time landlord very soon and am putting my system in place to try and be as efficient as possible with time. Is there a way to have prospective tenants submit an application and background check through something like SmartMove or similar software right from my business' website? Any recommendations on a time-saving system to screen tenants would be appreciated. I have my requirements spelled out like 3x rental income, minimum credit score of 620 and no evictions... but would appreciate any tips on apps or programs or anything you use that works well.
