Why not pay down the principle on sd property until you have enough that you can refi to a 30 year and still have it cash flow....about 50% ish currently....then someone can pay you to own it without you bleeding to death.

The only thing I would add is that some banks have an automatic process that requires the heirs to either refinance the loan or sell the property within 6 months of the death.
