Sorry, new to the forum, still getting the hang of things.As far as everything else goes, thats good inside, I'm of the same mentality.

Because of the issues with the house I was able to get the house on land contract, however I would like to get this purchased and finished this year so I can enjoy my time off a little more, as I have a wife, 3 teenage daughters and a son that I would like to spend time.Where would one go to find help with this.

We bought 2 student rental properties in 2016 where my son and daughter attend college.

If you collect rents in those ways you are wasting your time and mental energy and sapping your ability to grow your business.

My roommate BF had called social service for neglect her son which she was in a way and the social worker came to the house asking Q's i mention her doing drugs and and I told the social worker dont  tell her I had said something about her using drug social worker test was given and she tested dirty .i wouldnt have said anything if she didn't act crazy on drugs so I though mentioning it would get her off drugs well it worked but it back fired and weeks later she got court papers stating  I was the one that told the social workerto drug test her and now cursing at me and telling me to get the *uck out and the landlord which is the mom Im paying her rent she very nice but her daughter yes at her and tell her what to do so the daughter told the mom to have me evicted. .this is retaliation who do I blame the social worker for not making it obviousebibsaid something  but now Im feeling uncomfortable roommate and bf are walking by my door harassing me telling mentor going to get kick out saying I'm a risk factor telling her mom to kick me out there has to be a law protecting me I'm on disability and they said 15day there no rental agreement I pay 550 a month what my options can i sue the roomate

I use it for my continuing ed, as does my son, sister and daughter.

REI piques my interest and seems rewarding both mentally and financially.
