Yes we do and that was the original plan but my partner has now decided she doesnt want to use her's by  transferring it to a self directed 401k.  

I realize that there is a fairly wide range of work a PM could do for an investor, but I am just looking for a general data. 

But not really a big deal once I lease up the property and it establishes a track record, at a 10 cap, it could be worth $500-$650k.I closed a SFH giving the Seller a check for $5k and paying all the unpaid taxes and closing costs totaling about $13k for a real sales price of $23k, but again the sales data shows only $5k which really kills the comps in the area with houses priced from $50k (REO's) to $250k and most of the similar houses asking $150-250k.

I am being told that the entire 2% transfer taxes are my responsibility.

So if you are self-employed, you can transfer your IRA to the solo 401k and borrow up to 50% of the balance not to exceed $50,000.

The tax payer service center website does not have it and the DC Open Data GIS system does not have it correlated with SSL or address in any of their databases.

We have noticed that most applicants these days want to pay the $40 screening/application fee online. previously we were taking checks and cash, but now a days they want to do it online.Besides PayPal, what other services are there to transfer small amount of money?

Now i can always just lock it up in a regular contract and assign it but the owner already owns it in a trust and is willing to just transfer her beneficiary rights.

After maybe 3-4 properties I will form an LLC and transfer the properties into the LLC.
