I told her the poor customer service was yet another significant issue.The next day a different assistant contacted me and acknowledged the Intuit software update and the resulting data corruption was the cause for the problems and costs associated with the issues I was dealing with.  

We take a very data driven approach to our investment strategy and opt to acquire a couple really good asset vs. a larger amount of assets with average returns.

Is this enough info to call a local, very experienced and well-funded flipper and offer a partnership on the deal if it can work, or do i need to make sure it can work first and provide numbers, photos, comp data, repair estimates, etc.?

Hey BP team - I'm wondering where most you get your market data when you are looking at market trends, prices, growth, etc.Do you pay for it?

I have a serious passion for analyzing data that could easily be put to use for someone with a database... or I can help you determine what kind of data points you should be recording in order to learn more from your business.Or are you a newbie who wants someone to keep them accountable (think gym partner)?

Is that the Data Universe site, or something else?
