Most agents can set up an auto-email that sends you daily (or as often as you want) updates on properties that meet your criteria.

Those in the industry have know it for a long time.I can tell you I transact retail daily and I know the market better than most and my business is amazing year over year.

I use KCM (Keeping Current Matters)They post a new article daily, and when you share it, it is branded with your information.

I send out a daily recommended list based on their goals. flip, buy and hold, etc.  

I am limited in range of daily driving by about 25 miles of ZIP: 20832, but will make things work in extenuating circumstances. 

Finally found my daily dose of inspiration haha.
