.-  You say that you want to look like you've "done your homework," but the most important part of your homework is understanding what you customer (the investor) is looking to get out of the deal.

Sometimes I highlight recently closed transactions, picture of a happy customer, etc. but don't link to properties for sale unless I am holding an open house.  

Besides posting on yelp or Angie's list, is there anyway to let potential future customers to know that these people are unscrupulous?
