Have a couple deals that could be brewing - but haven't gotten one quite yet (about 2 months into my cold call team).MLS - it's tough.

I have a couple of questions relating to this:1) I was hoping to get some peoples take on what they think we should offer as a structure to potential investors.

You said he did a bunch of rehab a couple years ago is that when he bought the property ?

Only material cost was link ties and new poles and a couple of bags of concrete, and labor was around $200-300.

We can bring some money to the table, but for the first couple of flips we will probably need to use hard money lenders.

Dad seems totally cavalier about it, and said he will contact me in couple of days to set date, but hasn't contacted yet.
