Constant buyer calls, a shortage of apartments for rent, and listings for sale.

It is a lot of work because of the constant turnover and cleaning required.

We have a constant population increase with an average of 1100 people a week moving to the area pre-covid.

In speaking with multiple office tenants over the last few months, I've learned that most are very anxious to get back to the office due to constant family interruptions at home and for that reason, don't see working from home as a viable long term solution.
