I'd like to take a page from Gary Keller and ask you all a very simple question...What is the one thing you've done as an investor that made the biggest difference in your business?

I just wanted to make sure a fuller picture is presented to show it is not quite as simple as forming and opening a bank account.

I think I could refi the remaining 2 buildings as well.Is separating a house like this possible, could there be zoning issues, is it a relatively simple task?

That Is not a simple question to answer without knowing your goals.

They are a tax savings mechanism, pure and simple.

Hi @Mitch Messer thanks for the response.Unfortunately from everything we know, things are not as simple as thst with yearly caps of 50000usd sent out by Chinese nationals per year.

That is more likely just a partnership and could be as simple as a legal entity to ensure fairness and clarity on how you all work together.Raising money from the public = complex and far beyond the scope that a single post can cover.

I know its probably too simple.. and I get the programs that are allowing folks to just add the payments to the end..
