Actually, there's probably more testing done on the H1N1 vaccine than in most vaccines (though I don't know this for certain).So, to say that this vaccine has "little testing" actually incorrect...or at most only as correct as saying that the flu vaccine in general has had little testing in the past 70 years.By the way, there was a swine flu vaccine that was commonly given in the 1970s (during the last major outbreak), so even that isn't brand new.

Everything with Kenmore or Craftsman stamped on it comes from another maker, to Sears specifications which are just slightly different than the original manufacturers brand.

For the previous 10 years, my wife and I worked for two of the biggest tech companies in the world (I focused on Strategic Innovation and M&A - some pretty capitalistic stuff, in my opinion :).

We left a lot of things behind with a friend (computers, 6 brand new fishing poles with $100 reels, fishing tackle, a large stereo system, etc., etc. because we had intened on going back after his father got well, but never made it back.

It does have a brand new roof, but from what I understand It needs quite a bit of work done to be rent ready:- Needs Central Air installed.

The brand new furnaces are MUCH simplier then the70's- 80's era furnaces.I would stay away from anything but brand new or just keep your old one... which is what i would do.
