If their debts were discharged before they moved in, it has no bearing on your agreement with them (other than you have more protection because they have been released from previous debt so more money can go to paying you rent.).

Most of the foreclosures we had seen were trashed & by the time the banks released them they were in dire need of a total rehab or should just be torn down.

there was a case last winter in Vegas were the family pitt decided to go after the mom in the house for what they said was no reason.. latched on was doing a number to her and the son came in and shot the dog to get it off of her but the bullet went through said dog and through her leg.. she survived but when you have to shot a dog to get them to release.. ???? 

And, while one could argue it is any particular able-bodied person's choice to serve in the military, the fact is that a "military discount" is going to much more heavily favor men because they are much more likely to be in the military.
