@Dom Battezzato yea, for sure, I thought once I closed my first one that I would just be on a continuous role, but def had some dry spells. 

Dishwasher seals can go bad if left dry for too long.

The buyer won't remember the $5K in a few years when they have seen their wealth grow, but I do agree you should fight for it anyways as long as it doesn't blow up the whole deal.
