I live in a property thst looks like a tow house, but it is a condo.

The San Francisco Bay Area housing shortage has prompted a lot of homeowners and investors to add Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to their properties.

I am currently renovating an old house into a 3 plex.

I'd may send a copy of the rent increase letter by certified mail but maybe not, depending on what all i'd learned so far.I'd always be respectful and positive and stress that the house isn't perfect but my duty is to fix what is broken and their job is to pay on time. 

The first floor is a commercial space housing a pizza shop that grosses $800k annually.

My local housing authority put in some vague language to the payment standards for the landlord.

That either my cleaner had intended to but was concerned about auto clean smoking the house or maybe they had but it didn’t work well, that I wasn’t sure and frankly didn’t want to be yelled at for something I would have gladly fixed And that I was happy to offer them housing but did not appreciate being yelled at in my own home.

We bought ourselves a furnished house with a giant pool, and also opened up a Short Term Rental.  

The house is currently vacant as I'm doing some repairs and posting ads to get tenant in.

. - It seems like the property was a duplex at some point and has house numbers associated with it.
