The lack of web/mobile has been bugging me since I have to be at my PC or Remote into it to do updates.I also use Tellus which is free but the lack of web (it is iOS/Android only) bugs me too, as it makes document management a pain and hurts with older folks that may not be on a device to download there app (which means no request/billing communication).

So, in your case, the assessed value would be estimated at $720,000 rather than $900,000, and the tax bill would be estimated at $18,000 rather than $22,500.A good tip that this same mentor told me is to have closing be as early in the year as possible (ideally January 2nd).

Photos and description on listing, assessor card, past listings + listing history (Hotpads, Zillow), tax bill combined can say a lot about the rehab numbers, problems with the prop, and seller motivations.
