Hazard insurance is usually one of the best insurance values in the marketplace.here is my bet.. once the neighbors attorney realizes you have no insurance .. they will want a big retainer.. and your neighbor will not have it.. and that will be the end of it.. if your worried sell the house now.. cash out .

I took him to small claims and judge gave me the 7500 judgment right on the spot.. seller was quite mad walked over with his check book and threw me a 7500 dollar check.... so that's the route I would take hopefully you have a nice size small claims .Also I bet dollars to donuts your real estate contract if you used a state form will make mediation mandatory before you can sue anyway. that's whats happened to me in PA when buyers backed out last day and wanted their EM back..
