Key indicators for me are GDP growth, job creation, population growth, presence of big growing companies, capital projects (training lines, etc), schools (quality of schools), access to highways, access to services etc.. just the tip of the iceberg.For me, this is absolutely a crucial part of the investment process.

It was just a matter that too many were making too much $$$$ off the system so nobody wanted to stop the gravy train, but it was known and seen BECAUSE OF MATH, the collapse was an inevitability of the very actions that were enriching people, FRAUD in the securities system which is where ALL $$$$ for mortgages come from.
