I had one Carpet layer that I’ve use for years, but he is having health issues so I’m looking for someone additional.Any recommendation would be appreciated

@Patrick Flanagan yup, not only nurses but traveling medical and allied health professional students that rotate at the hospital.

Poor risk management can affect your financial health just as much as a property that isn't rented, and maybe more so. 

I recently got a relocation person from Korea and the previous health care professional was not a nurse. 

I've never really considered the effects of things on my mental health.

It never hurts to speak with someone about your financial health, but as Steven said, you want to make sure they are a Fiduciary, and are transparent about their fees whether it is AUM or fee-based by hour. 

We had a guy we used that did a great job for the most part, out of the blue got a bill from him because a tenant called and asked if he could install a light fixture for them and replace the battery in a fire alarm.
